wahoooo weight in day NOT

STILL on my plateau, been three weeks now…not sure what to do to make a change…..suggestions? ideas? lipo suction??

  1. Hang in there, Karrie. Plateaus are the worst part of it, but you can get through them. I remember reading somewhere that sometimes you have to change things up a bit to make a difference. Maybe a different type exercise? (I’m the WRONG person to ask about that, though.) Just wanted to send a big THANKS your way for being so devoted. I’m still out here reading! (And post when I can – which isn’t very often lately, but maybe soon.) :D
